it reminds me of a baby name book I own. I have it because I use it in picking out character names, and because I’m the weird sort of person who finds it fun to look up name meanings even though I don’t plan to have more children. But this particular one, while thorough, makes comments on every name, and sometimes really rude, cruel, or inappropriate comments.

Amanda, These are coffee table books, so the text is limited and small, kind of like sidebars tucked away in the corner. I’m probably the only person in the world who sits down and reads coffee table books word for word. So, if you’re a normal person and you don’t read it, it’s very intriguing to compare pictures and lifestyles. But if you read it, yes, it’s pretty bad in my opinion.
